Recycling
Copeland's Mulch Depot is home to Delaware's Finest wood recycling center. We are the one-stop shop for landscapers. All loads are to be clean and free of non-compostable materials. NO DIRT! We accept wood, stumps, limbs, leaves, grass clippings, shrubs, trees, and wood chips. Dumping fees are based on truck size, load size, and material.

Grinding
Copeland's mulch depot can grind an average of 2,000 to 3,000 yards of raw material daily. This kind of production will yield approximately 1,000 to 1,500 cubic yards of finished product (mulch). We grind only raw material which consists of wood chips, firewood, rakings, brush, stumps, etc.
We will come to your site to evaluate your pile and estimate the time necessary to complete the job. There are no set up fees but additional costs may occur if damage occurs to the grinder due to heavy metals, large rocks, concrete, iron bars, metal bars, tires, etc going through the grinder. Additional costs may also occur if we must drive a great distance to your site; if this is the case there will be towing charges for our equipment.
We also can dispose of the finished product at an additional cost. Grinding is not an exact science and can take longer than originally estimated.
